Our services are provided on a subscription basis. Pricing details are available on our website or provided during your strategy call. All fees are due as specified in your service agreement. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
All content on classic-reach.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Crystal Blue Marketing LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that specific results will be achieved. Results from using our AI automation services may vary based on your business type, market, and implementation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Classic Reach and Crystal Blue Marketing LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Classic Reach, Crystal Blue Marketing LLC, and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
Either party may terminate the service relationship with reasonable notice as specified in your service agreement. Upon termination, your access to our services will cease and any outstanding fees will become due.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Franklin County, Ohio.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
